All orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Free shipping on all USA orders — no minimum.

Returns

We stand behind every bag of StillRise matcha. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened and undamaged. Because matcha is a perishable consumable, opened product cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email us at stillriselabs@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
