Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every bag of StillRise matcha. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Because matcha is a perishable consumable product, we do not accept returns of opened items.
To start a return, email stillriselabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email stillriselabs@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
