Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened and undamaged. Because matcha is a perishable consumable product, opened product cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
